Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or as a call center agent is an advantage but not required — career changers, career starters, and those re-entering the workforce are warmly welcome (m/f/d)
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Clean criminal record certificate
  • Friendly, customer-focused manner
