Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries related to user accounts, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Troubleshooting network issues.
Supporting multifactor authentication.
Handling general questions on PC and laptop usage.
Assisting iPhone users.
Requirements
Ideally, you have prior experience in an IT user helpdesk role.
You have strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers.
You have a quick grasp of new information and a strong service orientation.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Excellent German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
