About the role

  • IT-User Helpdesk advisor providing support and assistance in software and hardware at a chemical company. Training provided, remote work options after onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries related to user accounts, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Troubleshooting network issues.
  • Supporting multifactor authentication.
  • Handling general questions on PC and laptop usage.
  • Assisting iPhone users.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have prior experience in an IT user helpdesk role.
  • You have strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers.
  • You have a quick grasp of new information and a strong service orientation.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
