About the role

  • Join Topaz as a Jr Customer Experience & Support Analyst. Drive technology solutions in the financial sector and support operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute queries and make changes in both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Intermediate programming skills, focused on automations and web environments
  • Understand team-based development practices, including a basic notion of deployments
  • Create and maintain containers
  • Have solid knowledge of basic commands, be able to handle main services and be familiar with their internal/external communications
  • Understand Cloud architecture
  • Be familiar with operational processes, understanding flows, alerts, development and maintenance in general
  • Interact with multiple areas dynamically
  • Be interested in learning technologies and acquiring new knowledge
  • Handle tickets in the operational routine
  • Generate periodic reports on results obtained from actions taken
  • Perform constant surveys and diagnostics of potential existing risks.

Requirements

  • Linux (Debian/Ubuntu family)
  • Programming languages: Python or Node.js for frontend and backend
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Git repository using GitLab and its deployment tools
  • Docker containers in a Kubernetes environment
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
  • AWS infrastructure, focusing on EC2, Redshift, Kubernetes and CloudWatch
  • JIRA and other Atlassian products
  • Work based on IT Service Management methodology (ITIL)
  • Undergraduate (in progress) or technological degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
  • Ability to perform data analysis and consolidation
  • Availability for domestic and international travel
  • Technical knowledge of English or Spanish
