Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Conduct meetings with clients to understand needs and current processes related to back-office products.
Document and analyze the gathered information to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
Gap Analysis: Compare the functionalities and features of the financial product with the solution available at the company.
Identify and specify gaps between the client’s current system and the company’s product, producing detailed reports for the development team.
System Parameterization: Work on system configuration and parameterization together with the technical team, ensuring client requirements are met.
Perform validation tests on the parameterizations implemented, ensuring system functionality and effectiveness.
Client Support: Provide technical support and consultancy during the implementation process, answering questions and guiding the client on using the system.
Maintain effective communication with the client, ensuring their expectations are managed appropriately.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with development, testing, and support teams to ensure proposed solutions are implemented effectively.
Participate in project follow-up meetings, presenting status updates and results of analyses performed.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and tests, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible to the team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
Professional Experience: Previous experience as a business analyst, preferably in financial institutions or fintechs.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with databases, troubleshooting, and servers.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A passion for and curiosity about artificial intelligence.
Critical Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose practical and effective solutions.
