Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and processes within the sector and ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
Contribute to feasibility, design and execution phases: requirements register, RFI/RFP, roles and responsibilities, stakeholder identification and risk management;
Document and produce clear, structured business deliverables for stakeholders (front office, middle office, back office, risk, finance, compliance, etc.);
Write business requirements, Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), use cases and target operating models;
Participate in requirements prioritization and define an Agile delivery strategy;
Perform comparative analyses of solutions following procurement processes and make recommendations based on defined criteria and evaluation frameworks;
Ensure functional and technical integration with the Murex ecosystem and other related systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business analysis on delivery projects for integrated Murex solutions in the capital markets sector;
Cross-functional expertise in the Murex solution and knowledge of other financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FIS, market/trading platforms);
Expertise in end-to-end solution management: sales and trading platforms, position and inventory management, pricing/valuation, collateral, settlement, accounting and risk;
Strong understanding of front-office and middle-office needs and their design;
Proven ability to collaborate with IT and work within Agile methodologies;
Proactive, structured approach to preparing and facilitating meetings, with demonstrated ability to drive business discussions and steer conversations toward concrete decisions;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear visibility to executive stakeholders;
