About the role

  • People Development Specialist at TomTom focusing on empowering the engineering community through innovative learning experiences and scaling skills for the future of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Play an important role in our journey towards becoming a dynamic organization
  • Be our subject matter expert on all things talent, providing expertise to our People team and business leaders
  • Manage learning programs to support TomTom’s success, like AI-upskilling programs
  • Design, create and implement solutions that are loved by our internal customers
  • Select external partners and collaborate to offer the best learning experiences
  • Manage relationships with our external partners including contract management
  • Measure and track the impact of our learning and development initiatives
  • Analyze how our TomTom-ers use and appreciate initiatives to draw conclusions
  • Contribute to building a learning culture by creating ecosystems and communities
  • Incorporate learning in the flow of work
  • Create and develop learning content for a range of topics
  • Deliver or support on core processes, such as performance management
  • Facilitate learning events and manage learning communities
  • Manage and monitor our tools such as Learning Experience Platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role
  • Proven ability to design, create and deliver learning programs or talent initiatives
  • Up to date with latest developments in the talent space and participate in networking communities
  • Proven ability to lead multi-team working groups, resource planning, budget management, communications and stakeholder relations
  • Experienced at creating and facilitating engaging workshops
  • Familiar with learning platforms and tools, like Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform
  • Experience applying AI in learning and talent processes
  • Ideally, familiar with agile methodologies, design thinking or the product-led approach
  • Great communicator, used to working with multi-cultural, hybrid teams
