Responsibilities

- クライアントやパートナーが導入を進めやすいよう、技術コンテンツ（ホワイトペーパー、リファレンスアーキテクチャ等）を作成する
- PoC（概念実証）やベンチマークテストなどの技術検証をリードし、製品の有効性を証明する
- 現場からのフィードバックを継続的に収集し、プロダクトチームと連携して製品の改善・競争力向上を推進する
- 社内外に向けてベストプラクティスを共有し、知見を組織全体で活かせるよう支援する
- マーケティングイベントやセミナー等での講演・プレゼンテーションを担当し、技術力とブランドを発信する
- コミュニティに向けてPingCAPの技術を普及する（技術イベント・登壇・記事投稿など）
Requirements
- クライアントとの対話や提案に積極的に取り組める、優れた顧客対応スキル
- 主要クラウドサービス（AWS, Azure, GCP）での実務経験
- Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQLなどの主要データベースや、シャーディング技術（例：RAC、Vitess）に関する理解
- プログラミング経験（主要言語・フレームワーク）を有し、DB機能を活かした設計経験がある方
- 高可用性（HA）、災害対策（DR）、バックアップ/リストア、モニタリング、チューニングに関するDB設計・運用経験
- 大規模データシステムのソリューション設計またはITコンサルティングの実務経験
