Responsibilities
Contribute to and further develop processes in IT administration
Ensure availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure
Analyze and coordinate requirements and the resolution of technical issues
Work independently and take responsibility
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and clients, as well as external service providers
Requirements
Solid IT/computer science education (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) or equivalent
3 years of experience in IT administration in a comparable environment
Experience administering at least three of the following areas: networks, firewalls, Netscaler, VMware vSphere, Windows Domains & Entra ID, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premises), automation (PowerShell, etc.), Linux, Docker
Good MS Office skills
Good written and spoken German (including writing documentation)
Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability
Interest in working for a non-profit organization and alignment with the association's mission
