Responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for companies interested in IT.
  • You capture the individual requirements of our customers and offer tailored solutions.
  • You accompany your clients from the initial inquiry through to aftercare.
  • You support our customers with questions, problems, and concerns.
  • You act as the interface between your customers and our company and cooperatively find optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about sales and customer-focused thinking and action.
  • You have very good knowledge of IT solutions and IT services.
  • You present yourself confidently and persuasively to customers.
  • You have basic English skills and a Class B driving licence.
  • You want to simplify your customers’ business with our products and services.
