About the role

  • Senior Account Manager focused on growing core partnerships for ShopBack Ads in Australia. Managing strategic Tier 1 brand partnerships across FMCG and Alcohol sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Tier 1 FMCG and Alcohol brand partnerships
  • Operate against clear commercial sales targets and revenue goals
  • Retain and expand revenue across existing partners year on year
  • Build and lead joint business plans with clear annual and quarterly objectives
  • Plan and execute large scale annual activations and always on strategies
  • Work with clients to plan and execute awareness, recruitment, and targeted campaigns that enable them to grow on ShopBack
  • Use deep performance data to inform strategy, optimisation, and future investment
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor while maintaining a strong commercial mindset
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities across media, activations, and new products
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless execution and strong outcomes
  • Raise the bar on client service standards across ShopBack Ads

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years experience in account management, client success, or media sales
  • Proven experience working to commercial sales targets
  • Experience managing Tier 1 brands, ideally within FMCG, Alcohol, or adjacent categories
  • Strong commercial instincts with a track record of growing revenue and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of performance data and how to use it to drive decisions
  • Highly organised with strong planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior brand stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast moving environments where products and processes evolve
  • A self starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious, resilient, and motivated by growth
