About the role

  • M&A Compensation Manager responsible for compensation integration tasks and strategies at T-Mobile. Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth execution of M&A compensation plans and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day compensation integration tasks
  • Build and maintain integration trackers, playbooks, and test scripts
  • Implement retention and transition payments
  • Partner with enterprise compensation team on market and pricing analyses
  • Produce integration reporting and audits
  • Partner closely with HRIS/Workday teams and vendors to complete data loads and ensure data integrity
  • Implement and operationalize M&A compensation plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Finance; Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years experience in compensation or total rewards
  • experience with hands-on HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Experience running merit and bonus cycles
  • familiarity with equity instruments and payroll tax basics
  • Excellent project tracking, test/cutover execution, and audit-quality attention to detail
  • Prior M&A operational experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to handle data intake, mapping, and compensation conversions efficiently
  • Capability to collaborate across different departments and teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically to align M&A compensation plans with organizational goals
