Lead the regional benefits strategy for APAC

Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements
Oversee and optimize health & insurance programs
Manage the design and administration of retirement and pension plans
Develop, review, and govern time-off and absence policies
Lead benefits communication and education
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
Proven experience managing multi-country benefits programs in a regional or global organization
Strong understanding of health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies across APAC
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
