About the role

  • Senior Manager overseeing APAC benefits programs within a global framework. Ensuring alignment with local needs and global objectives while managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional benefits strategy for APAC
  • Partner closely with the Global Benefits team
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for escalated benefits-related matters
  • Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and optimize health & insurance programs
  • Manage the design and administration of retirement and pension plans
  • Develop, review, and govern time-off and absence policies
  • Lead benefits communication and education

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
  • Proven experience managing multi-country benefits programs in a regional or global organization
  • Strong understanding of health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies across APAC
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
