Responsibilities
- Provide system support and troubleshooting for key tools and platforms, including basic SQL queries or Databricks workflows
- Escalate or resolve low to moderate complexity issues
- Coordinate work for small initiatives or workstreams, ensuring tasks are scoped, tracked, and shared clearly with partners
- Provide updates with accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the first line of response for internal users and business teams
- Own follow-through on requests, blockers, and cross-functional questions
- Partner with more senior technology and delivery peers to support integrations, issue resolution, and business process enhancements
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, clarity, and problem-solving by showing up with consistency and focus
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Related working experience (Preferred)
- Spatial analytics experience using Python, Spatial SQL, or Databricks (Preferred)
- SQL / Data Platforms (Strongly Preferred)
- Databricks Data Intelligence Platform (Preferred)
- Power Platform/Power BI (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
