About the role
- Support processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSDs at TMGM. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in daily settlement tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSPs, following established procedures and security measures.
- Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
- Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
- Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the morning shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system.
Requirements
- Well organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detail.
- Skilful with MS Office (especially Excel) and XERO applications.
- High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
- Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sydney time.
