Head of Sales responsible for market entry and expansion in Defence for TMG Consultants. Combining consulting expertise and production understanding with an established OEM network.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Defence sector and ensure a successful market launch
Build a robust sales funnel and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
Develop commercially viable proposals based on our consulting capabilities (including Operations, Logistics & SCM, Digitalization) and position TMG as a trusted partner
Identify and pursue relevant tenders while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Establish and maintain key customer relationships (e.g., with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers) and develop partnerships within the Defence ecosystem
Work closely with our directors and CC leads, including refining the service portfolio for the Defence market
Requirements
Excellent degree in engineering or business administration; MBA or PhD preferred
Several years of proven successful sales experience in the Defence sector
Strong network with Defence OEMs and system houses and knowledge of decision-making and procurement processes
Consulting background with a solid understanding of manufacturing/production
Excellent communication skills in German and English, strategic thinking combined with outstanding client acquisition skills
