Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store
Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
Reviews and understands the Store Emergency Response Guide
Greets customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
Establishes and maintains a position at the front of the store or in a department
Responds to customer requests for assistance
Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents
Performs a closing safety sweep of the store
Requirements
0-2 years retail or security experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Sound decision making skills
Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
