About the role

  • Design Lead evolving Tixel's brand identity for a rapidly growing ticket marketplace. Leading creative direction and mentoring within a high-impact design environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of Tixel’s brand system (visual identity, guidelines, templates, asset library)
  • Set creative direction for campaigns, from concept through rollout
  • Stay hands-on delivering high-impact design across priority marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and develop a Designer, lifting quality and confidence
  • Improve how the design function runs (briefing, feedback loops, prioritisation, QA)
  • Uphold Tixel brand design system and ensure its evolution inline with design updates.
  • Work with the product team to ensure consistency between marketing channels and all customer experiences

Requirements

  • 9+ years design experience across brand + campaigns, with a strong portfolio
  • Strong art direction and taste, plus the ability to translate strategy into design
  • Confident stakeholder management (clear comms, good judgement, steady under pressure)
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Nice to have: motion/video skills; working knowledge of AI tools
  • Consumer brand experience is important (marketplace / entertainment and/or agency experience is a plus)
