About the role
- Senior UX Designer collaborating on redesigning a financial compliance tool for technology clients at Maker Lab. Leading UX strategies while integrating with client teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and partner with the rest of the team on technical implementation - UX Designers & product managers, Engineers.
- Collaborate and integrate with clients’ product and engineering teams. Use existing design systems and extend them further.
- Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through quality-driven interactive design
- Conduct product audits, work with UXR teams to gather valuable insights and identify user pain points and apply them in the product design process.
- Document user journeys and express them through new concept mocks, designs, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify critical user journeys (CUJs) and deliver detailed, implementation-ready designs.
- Offer UX support to engineering teams during the implementation phase to ensure the successful integration of user-centered designs.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in an agency, preferably worked on a consumer app and hyper-growth technology companies
- A multidisciplinary designer with skills such as UX Design, Concept Development, Rapid Prototyping, System Design, Brand Identity, Product Design, Typography, etc.
- A multi-faceted designer who knows your Figma, including component, style, layer management & creating scalable design systems.
- A sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
