About the role

  • Senior IT Technical Delivery Manager leading IT BAU projects and managing cross-functional teams at Titan Wealth Group. Hybrid role with office presence required in London.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the IT BAU project portfolio - covering infrastructure, application rationalisation (with Enterprise Architecture), vendor management, M&A-related work, and major feasibility/outsourcing initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the CTO and Leadership Team to maintain a single, trusted plan, balance resources, and drive a disciplined delivery cadence that removes obstacles and ensures progress.
  • Role is hybrid - 3 days a week from the London Office - 2 can be homebased. There will also be a requirement to travel with this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
  • ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management frameworks
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale IT solutions across multiple domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, cloud, security).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical designs and translate them into delivery plans.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, especially in high-pressure delivery environments.
  • Ability to align technical delivery with business strategy and objectives.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for large-scale programs.
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and vendor SLAs.
