- Structure ambiguous client requests and translate high-level input into actionable work items
- Maintain Jira hygiene, translate priorities into sprint plans, and facilitate ceremonies
- Track capacity and risks, ensuring blocked work doesn’t sit unresolved
- Participate in client-facing meetings, own follow-ups, and produce delivery reports
- Switch between technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years in IT project coordination or project management (or similar delivery-focused roles)
- Ability to structure unclear requirements into concrete tasks by asking precise, outcome-focused questions
- Hands-on Jira experience - not just using it but owning its structure and keeping it clean
- Practical Agile / Scrum knowledge that translates into real day-to-day execution
- Experience preparing structured status reports and maintaining visibility over milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ability to identify delivery risks early, summarise impact clearly, and escalate with a proposed path forward
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine follow-through mentality
- Fluent English - clear and confident with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of SDLC and release processes
