- Assistance in establishing yearly IT budgets.
- Directs personnel and their activities, reviews and evaluates their work.

- Supervision of project teams including Junior, Intermediate and Senior Business Analysts and Application Administrators; which includes providing mentorship, motivation, and follow-up as necessary.
- Performs complex or extensive scope business analysis work including work flow analysis, business information requirements and models.
- Responsible for project budgets.
- Defines scope and objectives.
- Prepares functional process charts to analyze business operations.
- Provides orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
Requirements
- A university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred
- At least five years of experience.
- Prior ERP experience is required.
- Some knowledge of programming languages, such as Visual Studio; SQL language and databases, such as MS-SQL, DTS, Oracle, DB2; report tools, such as Crystal Enterprise; desktop and server operating systems and hardware; networking and protocols.
