Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or similar
- Extensive experience managing complex IT projects and/or programs covering LIMS, MES, WMS in an international context
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain domains
- Hands-on experience delivering IT projects within regulated industries
- Experience with LIMS and MES implementations (LabVantage and Traksys experience is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and partnership abilities
