About the role

  • End-to-End Recruiting: You independently manage end-to-end recruiting processes for various seniority levels (from working students to senior experts) and across all departments — from identifying hiring needs and actively participating in interviews to extending offers.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: You work closely and trustfully at eye level with our teams and coordinate with departments and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: You ensure an exceptional candidate experience through open, transparent, and respectful communication and a professional presence.
  • Active Sourcing: You proactively search for and approach interesting profiles via platforms like LinkedIn with personalized outreach.
  • Professional Deep Dive: You continuously develop your recruiting and HR expertise — through trade show insights, further training, or taking on innovative HR projects.
  • People Operations: You support the creation of employment references, agreements, certificates and other administrative tasks that shape our employee experience.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for end-to-end talent recruitment and initial practical experience in this area.
  • Independent active sourcing and development of a network of potential talent in Germany, with continuous expansion of the talent pool.
  • Self-directed and structured working style that helps you keep goals in sight even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Talent for communication and organization.
  • German at native-speaker level and business-fluent English.
  • Ideally, good knowledge of German labor law.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and the drive to help build something big from the ground up in a startup environment.
