About the role

  • Marketing Manager building and structuring the marketing function at timpla. Ensuring marketing drives sales and contributes to company success in construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the marketing structure (content, channels, processes)
  • Responsible for timpla's positioning and communication strategy
  • Translate company and sales objectives into marketing initiatives
  • Close and structured collaboration with Sales (sales marketing)
  • Create and refine online offerings as well as marketing and sales materials
  • Manage external service providers (design, agencies, freelancers)
  • Plan, prioritize and execute marketing projects
  • Prepare, plan and execute events and trade show appearances
  • Secure speaking opportunities for company representatives at industry conferences
  • Regular alignment and reporting to executive management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in construction, architecture, industrial, tech, or related project-based sectors)
  • Hands-on mentality: you contribute ideas, take initiative and get things done
  • Ability to think strategically about marketing and execute operationally
  • Experience at the interface of marketing and sales
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident using common marketing tools
  • Ideally experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva — also for occasional minor graphic work
  • Enjoy building, structuring and further developing processes and initiatives
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
