About the role

  • Inside Sales IT consultant responsible for supporting system house partners with Sophos solutions. Join a leading IT distributor in Wiesbaden, driving growth in data center technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our existing customers on the security solutions from the vendor Sophos
  • Manage your own customer portfolio
  • Prepare quotes using the vendor's quoting tool and process orders
  • Maintain and track projects
  • Resolve technical questions and challenges in collaboration with our internal colleagues and with Sophos
  • Work closely with the field sales team to support and develop new and existing customers within the Sophos environment

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an IT systems management clerk or as an industrial clerk
  • Initial professional experience desirable
  • Affinity for IT technologies and a solid technical understanding
  • A careful and responsible way of working
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • A team-oriented and communicative personality
