Responsibilities
Advise our existing customers on the security solutions from the vendor Sophos
Manage your own customer portfolio
Prepare quotes using the vendor's quoting tool and process orders
Maintain and track projects
Resolve technical questions and challenges in collaboration with our internal colleagues and with Sophos
Work closely with the field sales team to support and develop new and existing customers within the Sophos environment
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an IT systems management clerk or as an industrial clerk
Initial professional experience desirable
Affinity for IT technologies and a solid technical understanding
A careful and responsible way of working
Very good German and good English skills
A team-oriented and communicative personality
