Sales Executive responsible for IoT solutions in agribusiness with a focus on grains for TIM. Develop and manage customer relationships, maximizing business opportunities and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for prospecting and managing the client portfolio within the Agribusiness vertical, with a focus on the Grains sector.
Ensure the growth of IoT commercial opportunities, capturing B2B market share with a focus on connectivity and the development of the IoT & 5G solutions portfolio.
Consequently, contribute to the development of ICT, AI, Cloud and new technology solutions across different business verticals.
Operate according to the go-to-market model defined for the IoT & 5G sales team.
Ensure coverage of the portfolio with the objective of maximizing opportunities with customers, whether IoT or ICT, managing the entire customer lifecycle within TIM.
Develop and pursue new IoT business to increase the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the Business Developer on strategy and definition of the business model for Agribusiness vertical clients.
Identify customer needs and capture opportunities primarily for IoT products, and also for ICT products.
Understand the customer’s structure, processes and network of influence.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, ensuring engagement with TIM’s Executive Board and other client hierarchies.
Work with pre-sales to prepare the best technical and commercial proposals for IoT and ICT solutions.
Prospect new customers through market relationships and with influencers/partners/suppliers.
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt the value proposition.
Attend trade fairs, events, seminars and industry communities, promoting TIM’s image beyond connectivity as a technology solutions company.
Develop relationships aimed at engaging companies relevant to the Agribusiness community (manufacturers, suppliers, specialized consultants, etc.).
Requirements
Experience in commercial sales to large B2B accounts.
Specialist in the IoT sector/vertical of operation.
Must reside in the area of operation (Cuiabá, Primavera do Leste, Rondonópolis or Campo Verde).
Experience leading complex negotiations for IoT services and solutions with a broad understanding of the vertical’s business.
Deep knowledge of the customer market, identifying legal, regulatory and tax impacts in negotiations.
Valid category B driving license (CNH B).
English fluency/advanced level (written and spoken) is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering or Agricultural Sciences.
