About the role
- Data Analyst supporting data analysis and systemic implementations in the area of transportation and mobility at TIM. Collaborating on KPI tracking and reporting projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor KPIs related to travel management, mobility, and fleet;
- Develop management reports using Power BI and manage corporate databases;
- Work on an IBM Cognos project for management reporting and budget workflows;
- Participate in projects integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with other corporate platforms;
- Implement process automation with Microsoft Power Automate;
- Perform analyses and automations using SQL and Python;
- Manipulate and analyze data with Azure Data Studio or similar tools;
- Engage in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives for the area;
- Actively participate in projects and meetings with stakeholders;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Desirable certifications in BI or Data Analytics;
- Knowledge of Project Management or Process Management is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with IBM Cognos, ERP, and Microsoft Power Automate;
- Experience in data analysis, management reporting, and integration of corporate systems;
