About the role
- Financial Planning Professional responsible for overseeing budgets and financial processes at TIM, ensuring effective fiscal management and operational control.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, control and closely monitor the department's budget (budget, forecasts, provisions, etc.).
- Manage, in an administrative capacity as the business area, the end-to-end process for requests involving Procurement (new contracts, contract amendments, settlement agreements, extrajudicial notices, etc.).
- Liaise with service providers to provide guidance and monitor payment workflows.
- Review and improve the area's records and controls with a digital focus.
- Execute data-related tasks, with a special focus on KPIs.
- Support specialist teams in controlling actions, events and routine activities.
- Participate in projects led by the area (e.g., support for software implementations; campaigns and events; etc.).
Requirements
