Senior Finance Transformation Manager overseeing ERP implementation and finance process standardization at Huhtamaki. Leading change management and fostering global business improvements.
Responsibilities
This role is a 2-year fixed, project role to follow our ERP implementation
You will be responsible for driving the effective transformation and standardization of segment processes and master data, ensuring alignment with the Global Template, Master Data rules, and Business Process Framework
Lead the implementation and adaptation of global process and data standards across segment rollout projects
Support our Foodservice segment ERP rollout, but may pivot to support other segment rollout as required
Act as the subject matter expert for finance processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
Translate business needs into clear ERP requirements
Design workflows, controls, and reporting structures within the ERP system
Ensure ERP design aligns with global finance standards
Create mitigation plans to the risks related segregation of duties
Create and maintain process documentation
Co-lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance processes
Champion organizational change by promoting new processes and ERP capabilities
Facilitate end-user training and support adoption across finance teams
Define KPIs for ERP-enabled finance processes and monitor post-go-live performance
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, Master's preferred
5+ years experience in Finance related activities within an industrial environment with deep knowledge of costing
Good working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle highly preferred), especially in relation to business processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex finance issues and maintain strong attention to detail
Natural leadership abilities and exceptional communication, with experience guiding implementation teams and supporting organizational change
Strong understanding of global business frameworks and operating models, with a motivation to drive and support global process improvement initiatives
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust plans and approaches as circumstances evolve.
