Responsibilities
- You support our operational teams in making data-driven decisions — from analyzing specific challenges to deriving effective measures.
- You automate manual processes and monitor their execution.
- You develop and maintain all relevant data pipelines for the operations and market communications areas.
- You ensure our data is reliable, usable and up to date at all times.
- You analyze our operational processes end-to-end and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Your insights feed directly into strategic decisions and help maintain high service quality over the long term.
- You contribute to international initiatives to harmonize our data and measurement frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, natural sciences, engineering, data science or a comparable analytical-technical qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL, and experience with modern data modeling tools such as dbt.
- Ideally, initial experience in customer service or other operational environments.
- You don’t wait for tasks — you proactively identify relevant levers to advance our operations and market communications in a data-driven way.
- You work in a structured, self-directed manner and enjoy diving into complex topics.
- Excellent spoken and written German and English.
