IoT Product Manager developing and managing end-to-end IoT&5G solutions tailored for the AGRO market. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure product adaptability and market viability.
Responsibilities
Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and managing the portfolio of end-to-end IoT & 5G solutions, partnerships and offers tailored to the Agribusiness vertical, ensuring products that are adaptable and aligned with corporate market needs.
Translate business strategy into product and IoT & 5G solution strategy.
Assess products from the perspective of the Agribusiness vertical, ensuring adaptability and market viability (beyond connectivity).
Map and engage with the different players in the IoT value chain, as well as the ecosystems of the various business verticals, focusing on offering end-to-end solutions to the market (innovation hubs and centers, startups, manufacturers, etc.).
Support the design, implementation and integration of new technologies to enable the offering of new products and solutions.
Support internal testing of solutions, MVPs and PoCs (proofs of concept), including the devices required to deliver a complete solution to customers.
Build business plans to support decisions on partnerships, integrations and the development of new products and solutions.
Prepare product specifications for specific use cases, working closely with customers, partners and other internal functions (IT, Network, Legal, Regulatory, etc.).
Ensure internal engagement, negotiation and discussion of new business with appropriate depth and cadence.
Establish partnerships with different market players, defining the business model and corresponding technical solution.
Prepare sales forecasts and product analyses by business vertical, managing the budget (Opex, Capex and VAS) required to sustain the business.
Provide inputs for product pricing determination.
Drive and manage go-to-market actions to bring products to market.
Plan and support product launches.
Manage the product lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.
Evaluate product market fit and direct production and distribution to appropriate channels.
Requirements
Experience in product management from launch through lifecycle management.
Methodologies for analyzing new business opportunities.
Pricing strategies.
Methodologies for analyzing competitor strategies and market intelligence.
Project management; lean/agile development methodologies; design thinking.
Knowledge of emerging technologies applied to Agribusiness.
Telecommunications and ICT market knowledge applied to Agribusiness.
Experience negotiating contracts with a 360° view (e.g., assessing legal, regulatory, data protection (LGPD), compliance, tax, consumer law and corporate impacts).
Experience preparing executive presentations.
Budget management: creation, justification, forecasting and reporting.
Academic background: Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
