About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo de RH supporting HR processes, managing payroll-related documentation and compliance. Working in a hybrid schedule with office presence required in Joinville.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize variable payroll entries (commissions, bonuses and deductions) by consolidating spreadsheets and documents, supporting monthly payroll processing.
  • Assist in document verification for hires, transfers and promotions, checking completeness of data and forms and ensuring correct updates to employee records.
  • Support the onboarding process by cleansing and verifying data for submission to eSocial, contributing to data consistency.
  • Provide support for work schedule and electronic timekeeping management, advising leaders on correct data entry and assisting in the calculation of overtime, schedules and the time-bank (bank of hours).
  • Organize documents and evidence for audits and inspections, ensuring agility and transparency in responding to requests.
  • Populate databases for HR metrics by entering personnel movement information to support the consolidation of reports.
  • Assist in checking salary tables and benefits, comparing data with current policies and identifying basic discrepancies.
  • Organize collective bargaining agreements and union accords, keeping the digital repository up to date for consultation.
  • Support the creation and tracking of purchase requisitions, contributing to the procurement and provision of employee benefits.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of departmental statements and reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience with administrative routines and document organization.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Technical education or currently enrolled in a degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
  • Familiarity with corporate systems such as SAP and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Basic Power BI skills.
