About the role

• ServiceNow Developer at Vivicta building modern, scalable, AI-enhanced solutions. Develop backend functionalities and enhance ServiceNow capabilities in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend functionalities in ServiceNow using JavaScript (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Scripted REST APIs).
• Work with AI capabilities in ServiceNow ( Now Assist, AI Search, intelligent routing, predictive models ).
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Service Portal and Service Operations Workspace — integrating data, logic, and AI to deliver a modern and intuitive user experience.
• Design data structures, workflows, and automation across various modules (ITSM, GRC, SIR, ITAM or others depending on the project).
• Test, document, and deliver solutions with high quality, including active participation in code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and other team members in an agile environment.
• Explore new capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and bring ideas to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with any of following is advantage - Service Operation Workspace and/or Service Portals and/or AI Features in ServiceNow (AI Search, Now Assist, generative AI use cases).
• Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (minimum 2 years) with a strong understanding of its capabilities.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (server-side scripting) and/or Angular JS is advantage.
• Experience creating Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer actions, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and cleanly written solutions.
• English proficiency sufficient for effective communication in an international team.
