About the role
- Senior Solution Consultant leading Workday integrations for Vivicta, your Nordic transformation partner. Driving customer success through scalable Workday solutions in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead your area of responsibility within Workday implementations and services
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle - gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, deployment, training, and documentation
- Advise clients and team members on best practices and solution approaches
- Translate client needs into effective business solutions
- Collaborate with sales to develop and present proposals
- Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements for clients
- Support pre-sales and bid creation
- Mentor and coach other consultants in your area of expertise
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Workday Integration implementations, with the ability to lead and mentor others
- Experience across multiple Workday modules and Workday certifications is a strong plus
- Proven consultancy experience and customer-first attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (Nordic language an advantage)
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with structured problem-solving skills
- Desire to expand your skillset and continuous growth
