About the role
- Senior Consultant in consulting firm specializing in Capital Markets. Responsible for transformational client engagements and developing service proposals.
Responsibilities
- Lead critical transformation Business Analyst deliverables across a wide spectrum of client delivery engagements
- Conduct detailed client current state analysis (process/IT & data/tech/data/governance/more)
- Define business requirements and manage vendor assessments and selection
- Define target operating model and manage test strategy, planning, scripting and management
- Oversee operational readiness and creation of operational procedures
- Manage go-live activities and create high-value project artefacts
- Provide PMO support to ensure client engagements are kept on track
- Conduct regulatory analysis to meet clients' evolving needs
- Create content for sales and marketing campaigns
- Support Tonic’s sales process by creating pitch materials and attending meetings
- Mentor junior team members and recruit new consultants
Requirements
- >5 years' experience within Financial Services at a Big 4 consultancy or other major consultancies
- Successful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a Big 4 consultancy or other major consultancy
- First-hand experience of derivatives or securities finance products
- First-hand experience of Collateral management, Post-Trade (clearing, settlement, custody, etc), Digital (digital assets, AI, crypto)
- 2+ years' experience of Business Analyst responsibilities
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and content creation
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills, in particular: Excellent PowerPoint skills, Highly skilled in using Excel including Pivot tables
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
