About the role

  • Junior HR Consultant responsible for maintaining communication with candidates and assisting in recruitment activities at Randstad. Ensuring compliance while supporting client engagement in the talent sector.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
  • Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
  • Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
  • Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
  • Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks.
  • Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
  • Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
  • Performs assignments using existing procedures.
  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
  • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
