Junior HR Consultant responsible for maintaining communication with candidates and assisting in recruitment activities at Randstad. Ensuring compliance while supporting client engagement in the talent sector.
Responsibilities
Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks.
Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
Requirements
Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs assignments using existing procedures.
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
