About the role

  • Marketing Business Partner working closely with the Marrons leadership team to develop strategies and drive growth through business development initiatives. Engaging stakeholders and managing marketing campaigns for successful execution.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a marketing campaign plan, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that it is delivered with success
  • Stakeholder management with the Marrons leadership team and connecting them with others within the wider marketing team as required. Plan and negotiate on priorities and objectives
  • Acting as conduit between the fee earning teams and wider marketing specialists (content/digital/events) and executing some initiatives directly
  • Researching partnership and sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to create event and activation plans (including colleagues in other Ampa brands)
  • Ensuring opportunities for winning work are captured and followed-up post event or campaign
  • Monitoring performance in the delivery of campaigns and activity to ensure robust number and quality of inbound leads
  • Brand management of Marrons ensuring we continually enhance and promote the brand whilst ensuring continuity across all brand channels. Coordinating the production of all branded assets in line with company strategy.
  • Managing calendar of events
  • Working with client development to manage client feedback and take forward relevant actions with stakeholders
  • Championing use of CRM and client analytics to identify and unlock new work opportunities
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Budget management for marketing initiated brand spend

Requirements

  • Experience of working, client-side or agency/consultancy, in marketing or business development- planning, surveying or architecture is preferred.
  • Passionate about delivering business growth
  • Excellence at developing relationships at all levels
  • Highly engaging and a strong influencer, able to collaborate and bring colleagues on board with new initiatives
  • A strong self-manager with sound prioritisation skills
  • A flexible approach, to be agile minded and respond positively to change
