About the role

  • Director of Operations overseeing operational excellence within TAAP Business Integration team at Thomson Reuters. Leading initiatives to improve sales support, process efficiency, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own, optimize, and continuously improve end to end operating processes that support day-to-day TAAP sales execution
  • Ensure alignment between operations and broader business objectives
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and implement processes that elevate seller and customer experience
  • Lead the design and execution of initiatives or special projects in response to evolving business needs
  • Champion experimentation and adoption of AI and automation for operations improvement
  • Deliver real-time insights and reporting on sales support demand
  • Develop and operationalize best-in-class frameworks and support for new strategic products
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on TAAP business and sales processes
  • Establish a next-gen data and reporting function to support all teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, or related functions within SaaS or technology-enabled businesses
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success designing, scaling, and governing enterprise-grade operating processes
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, visualization, reporting, and BI platforms
  • Track record of leading AI and automation-enabled transformations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
