About the role

Responsibilities
- Own, optimize, and continuously improve end to end operating processes that support day-to-day TAAP sales execution
- Ensure alignment between operations and broader business objectives
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify and implement processes that elevate seller and customer experience
- Lead the design and execution of initiatives or special projects in response to evolving business needs
- Champion experimentation and adoption of AI and automation for operations improvement
- Deliver real-time insights and reporting on sales support demand
- Develop and operationalize best-in-class frameworks and support for new strategic products
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on TAAP business and sales processes
- Establish a next-gen data and reporting function to support all teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, or related functions within SaaS or technology-enabled businesses
- 5+ years of people management experience, including building and leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success designing, scaling, and governing enterprise-grade operating processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, visualization, reporting, and BI platforms
- Track record of leading AI and automation-enabled transformations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
