About the role

  • Betriebsleiter im Catering responsible for service quality and team management in Bonn. Leading daily operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product and service quality and delivery, including quality, performance and budget control
  • Ensure smooth operational processes and maintain customer and guest relationships
  • Perform administrative, operational and managerial tasks in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain flawless inventory management and adherence to budget
  • Ensure compliance with and implementation of all relevant legal requirements
  • Actively promote, motivate and coach on-site staff
  • Manage and process all operational data, including handling invoices and payroll systems up to month-end closing
  • Monitor revenue and cost development against the budget
  • Design the menu offering and oversee its implementation, planning and execution in compliance with HACCP

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) is required
  • Proven professional experience in personnel management of at least 3 years is necessary
  • Confident computer skills and proficiency with common Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) are required
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required for smooth communication with the team and clients
