Responsibilities
Ensure product and service quality and delivery, including quality, performance and budget control
Ensure smooth operational processes and maintain customer and guest relationships
Perform administrative, operational and managerial tasks in day-to-day operations
Maintain flawless inventory management and adherence to budget
Ensure compliance with and implementation of all relevant legal requirements
Actively promote, motivate and coach on-site staff
Manage and process all operational data, including handling invoices and payroll systems up to month-end closing
Monitor revenue and cost development against the budget
Design the menu offering and oversee its implementation, planning and execution in compliance with HACCP
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) is required
Proven professional experience in personnel management of at least 3 years is necessary
Confident computer skills and proficiency with common Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) are required
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required for smooth communication with the team and clients
