Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the overall sales strategy
  • Development of tailored processes
  • Key Account Management and training of Sales Managers
  • Strategic sales planning for all customer and market segments
  • Team leadership and motivation of the sales organization
  • Close collaboration with other departments and Marketing

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role in SaaS and B2B
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire
  • Business-fluent German and English
