Responsibilities
Proactive support for Executive Management in Global Sales
Sales coordination: alignment of leads, monitoring of sales processes and support in managing all sales activities
Creation, revision and maintenance of exposés, sales materials, presentations and proposals
Organization, preparation and follow-up of appointments, meetings, events and business travel
Event management: planning and support for customer events, trade shows and internal sales formats
Active involvement in day-to-day operations as well as in projects
Interface between customers, internal departments and external partners
Support with contract and document management
General administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing and data maintenance
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training – ideally as a real estate clerk/real estate agent; alternatively professional experience in sales, a sales-supporting assistant role or in project work
Confident use of MS Office
Communicative, open-minded and genuinely enthusiastic about sales
Structured, precise and independent working style
Friendly manner, strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
Occasional willingness to travel – to a moderate extent
Good English skills are an advantage but not required.
