Responsibilities
Responsible for building and further developing strategic customer relationships in the B2B environment
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (up to department heads and board members) and develop existing accounts for long-term growth
Analyze complex customer structures, identify needs and develop viable business cases
Manage multi-stage sales processes – from initial analysis to closing
Create persuasive pitches and presentations and position Thinksurance strategically in the market
Work closely with Product, Marketing and Data to continuously evolve solutions
Own sustainable relationship and account management at the senior level
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales — ideally within the insurance sector
Experience with complex decision-making structures in the enterprise environment and long sales cycles
Enthusiasm for technical topics such as software solutions or data analytics
Strong communication skills and adept at steering sales presentations and negotiations
Experience in business development or strategic account management is an advantage
Very good German language skills
