Maximize sales by leading sales teams efforts to targeted customers
Promote & position products to create demand
Conduct annual sales planning and actions
Contribute to marketing planning and implementation
Identify new product opportunities
Manage payment terms and actions for timely payments
Promote products and sell solutions to end-users and growers
Manage customer relations through CRM tool
Prepare new product/service concepts with Marketing and Agronomy
Requirements
University or BSc preferably in Horticulture / Agriculture or equivalent
Agronomy degree
Fluent in verbal and writing in English
MS-Office (Word, Excel. Powerpoint) experience at user level
Soil and plant nutrition
Large affinity with the horticultural industry
Thorough experience in sales in horticultural or agricultural business is preferred
Fertilizer and nursery knowledge is preferred
