About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for maximizing sales and promoting ICL Growing Solutions products in the Aegean Region. Leading sales initiatives and cultivating customer relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales by leading sales teams efforts to targeted customers
  • Promote & position products to create demand
  • Conduct annual sales planning and actions
  • Contribute to marketing planning and implementation
  • Identify new product opportunities
  • Manage payment terms and actions for timely payments
  • Promote products and sell solutions to end-users and growers
  • Manage customer relations through CRM tool
  • Prepare new product/service concepts with Marketing and Agronomy

Requirements

  • University or BSc preferably in Horticulture / Agriculture or equivalent
  • Agronomy degree
  • Fluent in verbal and writing in English
  • MS-Office (Word, Excel. Powerpoint) experience at user level
  • Soil and plant nutrition
  • Large affinity with the horticultural industry
  • Thorough experience in sales in horticultural or agricultural business is preferred
  • Fertilizer and nursery knowledge is preferred
