Responsibilities

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned to campaign and business objectives
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging social channels
  • Own budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizations
  • Partner closely with creative teams to inform messaging, formats, and testing approaches
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, and platforms
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or social first environment
  • Strong experience managing paid social campaigns end to end
  • Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager required
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and insights while keeping a creative mindset
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and influencing creative direction
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
