Responsibilities
Develop paid media strategies aligned to campaign and business objectives
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging social channels
Own budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting
Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizations
Partner closely with creative teams to inform messaging, formats, and testing approaches
Lead A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, and platforms
Present performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media
Requirements
3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or social first environment
Strong experience managing paid social campaigns end to end
Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager required
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and insights while keeping a creative mindset
Experience collaborating with creative teams and influencing creative direction
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
