About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for developing website and online marketing strategies at Th. Geyer GmbH. Overseeing campaigns, SEO/SEA activities, and internal communication improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop our website: continuous content updates, site-structure optimization and upkeep.
  • Design and implement landing pages and web banners: create engaging landing pages and banners for campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze online campaigns: track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Continue and optimize SEO and SEA activities: improve organic visibility and manage targeted search advertising.
  • Support and advise on the company intranet: provide user support and implement new features for internal communication.
  • Create and send e-newsletters: design and distribute regular email newsletters.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Digital Media Designer or a degree in Online Marketing Management or Communication Design.
  • Practical professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Typo3 and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Inxmail New Xperience or similar newsletter tools.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications.
  • High level of creativity, solution orientation and the ability to work in a team.
