About the role

  • Senior Manager, Business Planning at Disney Consumer Products supporting strategic initiatives and project delivery. Partnering with the Director and coordinating across global teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director to manage and progress strategic initiatives, ensuring global and regional alignment.
  • Translate strategic frameworks into operational delivery plans, connecting goals to clear workstreams, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Drive execution and accountability across global projects and cross-LOB initiatives serving as a central integrator between Strategy, Finance, Commercial, and Operations.
  • Facilitate planning, tracking, and reporting on global strategic initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, risks, and enabling decisions.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across brands, functions, and regions to move work forward in a complex matrix environment.
  • Create and manage executive materials including scorecards, updates, and strategic narratives that crisply reflect progress and impact.
  • Partner with Global Ops to ensure information flow, governance consistency, and overall operational rhythm—while managing complementary, forward-looking initiatives distinct from day-to-day operations.
  • Provide analytical and decision support for business cases, organizational mapping, and resource trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting ideally within a global organization.
  • Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution; adept at turning business goals into actionable, measurable programs.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with a track record of influence in matrixed corporate environments.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; strong ability to synthesize, simplify, and communicate clearly to senior leaders.
  • Superior analytical, financial modeling, research skills, and attention to detail, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in entertainment, consumer products, or brand strategy preferred.
  • Exceptionally comfortability navigating ambiguity and structuring clarity around evolving priorities
