Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Alcumus, driving outbound marketing performance and leading a team to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Using sharp technical and analytical skills, develop and deliver outbound performance marketing programs with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy to drive SafeContractor new business Client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR and any future products in the UK to meet new business performance targets across the top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
Deeply analytical, own the reporting and monitor success metrics for the outbound marketing performance channel and identify critical improvement opportunities within the programs with action items to address. Utilise AI optimisation, A/B, split & multivariate testing, and attribution modelling to drive intent, conversion, growth.
Proactively responsible for outbound budgeting and forecasting for new business SafeContractor Client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR. You will need to develop and manage a marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impact of marketing campaigns on revenue growth and ROI.
Take full ownership for the design, creation, execution, performance and optimisation of marketing campaigns for new business SafeContractor Client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR with the end goal of increasing revenue generation through improved lead quality, prospect and customer/client engagement and conversion using outbound levers that ultimately converts leads into meetings, opportunities and won clients/customers.
Manage the outbound performance marketing team of managers and executives (4 currently), customer performance marketing manager and external agencies where required.
Manage internal stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across all levels, looping stakeholders in on outbound campaign activity. Hold regular review sessions with key stakeholders including sales, product, customer, digital and the SLT, to improve performance and establish accountability for all SC divisional products.
Develop multi-product, outbound campaigns including ABM, sector focussed client campaigns such as webinars, and marketing automation that drive trigger events to support lead generation for all SC divisional products.
Oversee lead nurturing campaigns to support engagement (i.e. top of mind campaigns, and reengagement campaigns) for prospective SafeContractor Anchor Client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR to ensure they are delivering ROI.
Oversee the selection, planning, attendance and performance of tradeshow / conferences, pre-event, onsite, and post-event working with our external agencies to execute for prospective SafeContractor Anchor Client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR, ensuring they align with our strategy and delivering high quality leads.
Build sales-focused communication and enablement materials including email templates, nurture campaigns and sales collateral to support all Alcumus SafeContractor divisional product ranges across the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. Leverage the internal content team and external agencies where applicable.
Oversee outbound digital event marketing (i.e. webinars & webcasts), pre-event and post-event working with our external agency to execute.
Drive your team to devise data-driven experiments in marketing campaigns that innovates user experience in campaigns; scale and drive automation of winning experiments that greatly improves user experience and engagement.
Work in partnership Head of Field Sales in client pipeline-building within their designated territories and sectors.
Keep Heads of Sales up to date on current marketing campaigns and initiatives for all ASC divisional products.
Own and curate the marketing database to ensure a universe of prospects that is constantly growing and highly accurate (automating processes where needed / necessary) for all ASC divisional products.
Oversee the Customer Marketing Manager and support with the delivery of all customer communications where required and particularly for x-sell, renewal and onboarding comms working with key stakeholders and external agencies.
Oversee the Customer Marketing Manager and support in defining and delivering our just signed, and existing client/customer* (80/20% split) engagement plan to drive growth, retention, and advocacy efforts that align directly with the company’s top priorities.
Requirements
Significant experience managing performance-based activity to ensure it delivers ROI.
Demonstrable experience delivering highly targeted, effective campaigns to drive improved lead quality / conversions and revenue.
Clear ability to alignment marketing efforts with sales strategy to drive penetration and success in key sectors
Experience leading a marketing team to ensure a high-performing, target orientated eco-system.
Commercial experience working within a complex and fast paced B2B environment
Strong experience managing performance marketing strategies for a broad range of sales cycles with technical skills in CRM and marketing automation.
Experience creating an acquisition strategy across all outbound channels.
Good writing skills with a great eye for detail and ability to flex and adapt to engage difference audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
Experience in identifying target audiences and driving lead generation, including sector-based ABM programmes.
Experience in managing corporate marketing events strategy and execution
Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams as well as with customers and partners
Knowledge of marketing, events and sales enablement best practices
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot a plus)
Experience working with MS Dynamics preferred.
Experience of working in a Saas environment.
Demonstrable experience managing existing customer programmes to drive retention and stickiness
