Requirements
We’re looking for a Facilities professional with proven experience in building or workplace management, including supervising staff and managing contractor and supplier relationships. You’ll have a strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation, including reviewing RAMS and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Experience overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing SLAs, and controlling costs is essential. You’ll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office) are important, along with a proactive, flexible approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
