About the role

• Product Designer collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance The Tie’s core products. Driving user-centric design and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The Tie is the leading provider of information services for digital assets.
• As a Product Designer, you will work alongside Product, Engineering, and other teams to shape and refine our core products—The Tie Terminal, Bridge Messenger, and cross-functional assets supporting Marketing and Sales. You will drive user-centric design, elevate product quality, and craft polished interfaces that reinforce trust in our institutional and crypto data.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of The Tie’s products grounded in strong user empathy and evidence-based design decisions.
• Communicate and translate quantitative and statistical data
• Define and own feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving usability, consistency, and end-to-end product quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and other stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Support Marketing through high-quality visuals, landing pages, and communication-focused design assets.
• Rapidly prototype and present concepts to communicate ideas and generate momentum.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, and production-ready assets.
• Conduct quality assurance and usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve product clarity, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Maintain and refine The Tie’s design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, design craft, and clear product thinking.
• Experience designing complex B2B or data-dense software products.
• Ability to operate throughout the design lifecycle—from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Background in crypto, digital assets, or financial markets.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with AI-powered products, machine-learning interfaces, or LLM-driven workflows.
• Ability to prototype using basic code (HTML/CSS/React) or interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems.
