Responsibilities
- Involvement in the Review and Submission of timely and accurate ROI and IOI management accounts
- Prepare accurate and timely Cash Flow Forecasts on a monthly basis
- Ongoing Management of Cashflow Invoice Discounting Facility
- Ownership of Balance Sheet Control & Reconciliation (including LTA's & JBP's)
- Produce & submit timely and accurate Revenue reports for (Excise Duty & Refunds, BIK, DRS & 46G/CSO Submissions)
- Assist in the budgetary process
- Assist in managing the Audit process
- Drive efficiencies in the Finance department by identifying, analysing and implement more effective ways of working
- Promote cost-savings for all expenditure and tracking of same
- SKU Maintenance and SKU creation
- Involvement in IT projects/upgrades
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified in Professional Accountancy
- Previous experience working in FMCG, desirable but not essential
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Be Self-motivated, well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and integrity
- Proficient in excel and financial systems
- Must be hardworking and dedicated to meet deadlines under pressure.
